A blend of three Arabian origins.

The blend of washed coffee from central america with one of the most important African coffee creates an infusion from floral and citrus flavour with fine notes of chocolate. This exceptional coffee combines the best characteristics of those specialty coffees:

Nicaragua shg: cultivated between 1,500 and 2,000 meters in the area of ​​Matagalpa, in the north-west of the country. Famous for giving birth to an aromatic coffee and scented with a pleasant acidity and an extraordinary sweetness.

Salvador shh: cultivated above 1500 meters. The result of the work of many small producers whose care and attention cultivating these precious fruits gives life to a coffee with a exceptional body, a balanced acidity and marked with hints of sweet chocolate.

Ethiopia Sidamo: cultivated in the region from which it takes its name, at an altitude above 1,200 meters. This washed Arabica, is characterized by its freshness and a very fruity and floral scents which are enhanced during the extraction, thus creating an exciting sensory experience.

This blend has been deliberately roasted to celebrate the flavours and aromas and the careful grinding will further enhance the taste!
