The Bio Sidamo from the Schilicho Cooperative in Ethiopia specially roasted by "Kaffeefabrik for preparation with filter and French press (City Roast).
The gentle, long time roasting in small batches prefectly develops the clear taste and the typical floral aromas of a Sidamo.
Thus, the coffee is almost completely devoid of roasting flavors that might mask the wonderful taste whichis typical for the preparation with French Press or Filter method.
A coffee of the highest quality (Grade 2 of 5 degrees), that you will like to enjoy again and again!
The Sidamo originates from the Schilicho Cooperative, which is certified both organic and fair trade and directly imported from the Kaffeefabrik (Direct Trade).
