Tax free purchases for EU business customers
As EU business customer, you have the possibility to make tax free purchases in our shop.
Requirements
- You have a valid VAT-ID
- The Shipping address is not within Austria
- Invoicing Adress corresponds to VAT-ID
When you create a customer account and when you checkout, you have the possibility to enter your VAT-ID.
Your ID gets validated through the EU VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).
If the result of this validation is successful, you are able to make a tax free purchase and your invoice will be issued tax free too.
Please note that at given times the connection to VIES may be limited or single member states are not reachable.
In such cases please contact us directly after creating a customer account with us but before placing your order.
