The history of the Gallitelli family from Montescaglioso in the province of Matera, in the very south of Italy, is an exception. Unlike most Italian family roasters, the Gallitelli family's adventure began not with a caffè but with a passion for coffee machines. After ten successful years, it was decided to set up their own roasting plant in 1999.
Inspired by a burning passion for roasting, Giuseppe Gallitelli began to create ever more sophisticated blends, combining craftsmanship with technological progress. The aim of the Gallitelli family has not changed until today: to make the coffee break a unique experience!
