The beans are cultivated on the foothills of Cordillera Central at altitudes between 1200 and 1500m.
The coffee from these regions tastes particularly spicy, full-bodied with subtle notes of almonds.

Puerto Rico:
The wonderful variety of "Puerto Rico Yauco Selecto" impresses with its unique, mild fruity aroma.
It is a full-bodied coffee without bitterness.
