The "Classica" blend of Castorino is a combination of the intense flavor from exceptional Brazilian Arabica beans and the sweet, flowery taste African Arabicas from the region Kwapa (a thin strip of land on the border with Kenya where the coffee grows in the shade of tropical plants).
These beans are harvested manually are distinguished by their low acidity and a fruity aroma.

The "Torrefazione Antonio Castorino" was founded in 1946 by a native of Sicily: Antonio Castorino and initially operated as a partnership with roasters from Messina and Turin. The 65-year long tradition Castorino Antonio's is continued to this day by his heirs with undiminished passion for classic Italian espresso.
