As is common in central Italy the Manaresi Oro is a lighter roast and convinces with his chocolate flavor, balanced acidity, fine fruit and practically non-existent bitter notes.
10% Robusta beans of highest quality produce a beautiful crema and give this elegant blend a pleasant spiciness. A pronounced rounded coffee of medium intensity, which is also excellent as cappuccino.
The traditional coffee blend "Caffè Manaresi" exists since 1898. To this day the best coffeesare selected with the same care and rigor and roasted with passionate devotion: In small quantities, in the traditional process, under careful control of human experience that can never be replaced by machines.
