The coffee beans creating this organic blend grow up among the volcanos of the mountains running along the northwestern sumatra coast and among the lush vegetation of central-southern american highlands.

Picked and processed by hand, in little plantations selected and certified carefully, these coffees, cultivated by organic method only, are transformed with ecological clear air roasting and with the help of the sun captured by modern Photovoltaic systems.

The beans of the Organic Line of  Castorino are certified and labeled according to the EU organic standards - a guarantee for the organic origin.

The "Torrefazione Antonio Castorino" was founded in 1946 by a native of Sicily: Antonio Castorino and initially operated as a partnership with roasters from Messina and Turin. The 65-year long tradition Castorino Antonio's is continued to this day by his heirs with undiminished passion for classic Italian espresso.
