The "Neapoletano Dok" of Caffè Kenon perfectly reflects the southern Italian coffee tradition. A blend of selected, mainly Brazilian Arabicas, blended with a percentage of high quality Robusta beans. You can expect an espresso which, despite the high Arabica content, has a dense, hazelnut-brown crema. On the palate you will find a wonderful mixture of caramel, hazelnut and marzipan. Typical for the dark, strong southern Italian roasts almost completely free of fruity acidic notes.
A well rounded, fantastic espresso with a full body and subtle, sweet aftertaste that remains pleasant on the palate for a long time.In contrast to the "Supermax Bar" variety with the same Arabica/Robusta blend ratio, the Dok is somewhat milder in taste and emphasises the sweet notes more.
For all lovers of cappuccino and caffè latte: the "Dok" has made it into the Beans Team's list of favourites for "cappuccino coffees" right away! The sweet, almost caramel-like flavour components are perfectly distributed in the milk!
