The coffee is packed in a protective atmosphere with a one-way valve and nitrogen to ensure optimal preservation and protect the full aroma of the coffee.
Cafès Cornellà, a traditional family-owned roastery in Spain, has been in business since 1920 and is now roasting coffee in its third generation.
Following the Italian model, but with Spanish flair, the coffees are gently drum-roasted according to the highest quality criteria.
