Compared to Castorino's Biologica 100% Arabica, this blend seems a little milder and emphasises more the nutty-bitter taste, completely free of fruity notes on the palate. Typical for Arabica-Robusta blends is also the denser crema and the pronounced body on the palate.

The coffees that make up this organic blend grow between the volcanoes of the mountain range that runs along the northwest coast of the island of Sumatra, the volcanoes of the regions of Cajamarca and Jaen in Peru and the lush vegetation of the small island of Flores. Harvested and processed by hand in small, carefully selected plantations, these coffees are roasted with organic, gentle drum roasting to ensure the best taste.
